On Monday, March 7, 2022, Mr. Assem Mayar, M. Sc. from Afghanistan, has successfully passed his doctoral examination - the 80th in total within the framework of the ENWAT doctoral program. The title of the dissertation is "High-resolution spatio-temporal measurements of the colmation phenomenon under laboratory conditions".
Mr. Mayar did this work as part of the International Doctoral Program Environment Water (ENWAT) of Faculty 2 at the Institute for Modelling Hydraulic and Environmental Systems (IWS) under the supervision of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wieprecht. The work was started in October 2016 and supported by a DAAD grant.
