On the occasion of the university's annual celebration on November 15th, 2019, Prof. Friedrich, Professor for Transport Planning and Traffic Engineeringat the Institute of Road and Transport Science of the Faculty, along with four other lecturers, was awarded the stuvus special prize for teaching, endowed with € 2,500. This special prize for exceptional commitment to teaching was awarded for the first time.
Already in 2014 Prof. Friedrich was awarded the ars-legendi faculty prize for excellent university teaching in the field of engineering sciences/computer science.
